For the past 15 years All Surface
Coating has provided a supply and apply Concrete
Curing Service on major road projects throughout
Victoria.
All Surface Coating
has also provided curing compounds in 20 litre
and 200 litre drums throughout Australia.
Most of these products are a Hydrocarbon Resin
type which contain solvent. Cutters, are very
sticky, have a repugnant odour and if split play
havoc on our flora, fauna and water ways.
There are large environmental issues regarding
resin type products when it comes to spillage
and disposal of waste materials, a cost that can
well be done without. This is
where Eco Cure Road Prime and curing compounds
out perform outdated Hydrocarbon, solvent or
solvent less curing and priming products.
Eco Cure Road Prime and curing compounds are
totally organic - harmless to the environment,
will not clog spray machines - little to no
odour - wipes off skin with a rag - washes off
with water and can even be applied using a
pressurized hand garden sprayer.
Environmental alternative to prime coat product
Eco Cure EC30 designed to penetrate 10mm to 25mm
into the sub-base of stabilised Lime Stone,
Gravel and Caliche base.
ECO-CURE EC20
Eco-Cure EC 20 is used on cement stabilised base
(CTCR), flexible asphalt base a primer of base
materials and as a curing membrane for sealing
stabilised based materials. EC 20 is also ideal
for erosion control soil control and surface
stabilisation.
ECO
CURE - CURING COMPOUND (a natural mineral based curing compound)
Eco-Cure is the first of its kind and a unique
curing compound that does not contain
Hydrocarbons and like resins and mineral
spirits.
Apply Eco-Cure and within 28 days give or take a
couple, Eco-Cure will be gone from the surface,
and with normal preparation methods, after
trades can be applied.
All
Eco-Cure products have been formulated
specifically for State, Federal and Municipal
Highway works and Airport paving projects, but
can be used anywhere that requires moisture
retention of the concrete.
